AES-encryption is more like a requirement for the plugin, rather than optional. This has to be changed so that the data storage is detectable.
If AES encryption is mission, a warning should be shown on screen like:
"AES Encryption libraries are missing. The intentions with this encryption is to store credentials in metadata with the extra security layer. Since AES does not exist, we will just base64-encode the data."
Also, the stored metadata has to be marked whether it is encrypted or just stored, to make sure that the extraction always works.
