Validate ipv4 and get less sensitive with parameters

    Description

      Special feature if only handling ipv4-hosts on a network:

      Currently parameters are set up with a pipe, to define what till happen with an ip:

      bulk[]:A.B.C.D*|d*

      If the address is of type ipv4, lower the sensitivy so pipes won't be needed.

      bulk[]:A.B.C.D*d*

      ipv6 must be excluded from this.
